• Set up automated alerts and notifications

4. Not Investment Advice

VextonAI is a portfolio tracking and organizational tool, NOT an investment advisory service.

4.1 Educational Purpose Only

All content, features, and tools provided through the Service are for educational and informational purposes only. They should not be construed as:

• Tax or legal advice
• Offers to buy or sell securities

• Data loss, corruption, or inaccuracies
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the fees paid in the last 12 months

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VextonAI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Investment decisions made using the Service

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Any reason or no reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. You may request a data export within 30 days of termination.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County, New York, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.

16. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VextonAI.
• Amendments: We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
